What are your terms and conditions?
-We ask that any cancellations be done 24 hours before service otherwise you will be charged 50% of cleaning.
-Termination of service must be received in writing within 2 weeks of cancellation date.
-We will need complete access to your home day of service. Options include leave a key with Grand Luxe for convenient access which will be kept safe and number coded with no name or address attached for your safety. For key returns you must present a photo copy of id/license absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have an alarm system please give Grand Luxe access instructions to enter home. If neither option above is possible someone must be home to let us in at time of service. If we can not access home then we will have to charge you for the price of that days cleaning.
-Grand Luxe gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. Under no circumstances will we accept checks of any kind.
-For your first booking a NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be due of 50% that will go towards balance on the day of service.
- After first booking all payments are due DAY OF SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
-A credit card must be kept on file for any balances and fees due on the day of your cleaning. Card will never be charged without notice. If an alternate from of payment will be used at any time you must email Grand Luxe before service to notify us.
-We strongly encourage All first time customers to begin services with us using our deep cleaning service. After the initial clean we will follow up with maintenance cleans. Please note in some cases it may take more than one session of deep cleaning to confirm your maintenance cleans this will be determined with condition of home. We ask for your patience as we learn your home and find the best and fastest techniques to clean for you.
-Grand Luxe will strive to keep the same team members cleaning your home on a regular basis. However things do happen and this may not always be guaranteed due to illness, vacation, etc.
-If due to any reason such as condition of home etc and Grand Luxe is unable to complete full service in the amount of time requested we will then contact you to request more time cleaning your home. Then we will inform you of any extra charges that may occur before proceeding with work.
-To ensure quality of work for every client, Grand Luxe cannot give exact arrival times. What we will do is give arrival windows to allow us to handle each cleaning for the day without cutting into time or affecting any ones cleaning.
-Work Hours
Generally our team members work in groups of 1-3 all depending on each home. Please be aware that if more than one team member is cleaning your home, the quoted time of labor hours to complete the job will be reduced.
For Example if you are scheduled for a 5 labor hour service and there are two team members at your home the total cleaning time would be two and one half hours.
-If your schedule cleaning falls on a holiday that Grand Luxe observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning.
-Grand Luxe has a 24 hr guarantee policy because we are human and do understand we may miss something juggling so many things at once. So because it may not be cleaned to your satisfaction you have 24 hours to report any issues/concerns and we will return to make it right because we don't issue refunds.
-Accidents happens things break and get damaged mistakenly so because we do understand that Grand Luxe is insured for every ones protection. Please note though we will do our best to not break/damage anything we do want proof we caused any damage if we are accused.
-Grand Luxe will supply cleaning products at time of service except toilet bowl wands. We highly recommend you supply this or you will be charged an additional small fee for us to use our disposable toilet wands. If you have any special products you would like to use on any surface , we are happy to accommodate your request. If you would prefer us to use your personal vacuum, mop, etc we are not liable for any damage to those items. Grand Luxe will have a vacuum that is cleaned daily for each appointment as well as extra mop heads for mops so we will never use same mop head for any home that hasn't been cleaned and disinfected.
